Pet Policy
- Two pet maximum. One-time pet fee for one pet $300, two pets $500, monthly pet rent $50/pet.
- Acceptable species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic species are not permitted.
- Dogs that are 50 percent or more of any of the following breeds (as verified by a veterinarian) are prohibited:
- German Shepherds
- Akitas
- Chows/Chow Terriers
- American Bulldogs, Bull Staff, or Staffordshire Terriers
- Dobermans/Doberman Pinchers (mini Pinchers are permitted)
- Rottweilers
- Wolf dog hybrids
- Pit Bull Terriers
- Presa Canario or any variety of Canary dogs
